|Too good to be real…in this case, not!,
Sitting at a desk all day hasn’t done wonders for my shape or weight, but I never trust `quick fix’ solutions. But this book was a breath of fresh air- instead of radical, magic diets, it uses a combination right eating, exercise, and discipline to get rapid results. I’m yet to try out the suggestions and see how much weight I do lose, but it has motivated me to give it a try,

Well, the book did exactly as promised. I wanted to lose 10 pounds in a week ready for a special vacation. I wasn’t sure if it was possible, but I followed the strategies in this book, and hey, I did it!
