		<description>Only one point, my experience is to start removal at the valve, replace the tyre into the rim opposite the valve position, this allows more space for the tyre to slip into the rim
then use the levers to insert tyre at valve 
position.</description>

		<description>No No! Always find out where the puncture is so you can remove the cause - thorn, fragment of glass etc.  This is a good way of getting the same puncture twice - at least.  

Never use a lever to replace the tyre - guaranteed to damage the tube. Start refitting opposite the valve and ensure the bead is well seated.</description>

		<description>I pretty much always use levers to get the bead back over my rims. Never had a problem. I do always check to make sure the tube is not pinched though.</description>
